Thank goodness for a beautiful fall day! It was thoroughly enjoyed outside this weekend making our way through a corn maze, a 6.2 acre corn maze I must add! Upon entering the corn maze you had to ways to get in, either by tunnel or by slide. At first we all entered through the tunnel and on the way out Ian took Brayden down the slide!
We should have started with the mini maze and seen if we could make it through that one first but no, we started with the big one and after forty minutes of walking around in the same area (we thought we were getting somewhere) we ended up back at the entrance. We were advised in the beginning one person in your group needed to take a flag and in case you needed help out to wave your flag high above the corn field and that it could take you anywhere from forty five minutes to three in a half hours. We gave up when we came out the entrance after forty minutes!
After playing with the tether balls (Brayden's favorite), playing on the swing set and running around in a mist maze we made our way over to the hayride. Brayden was very excited to ride on the tractor. The hayride brought us around the farm, letting us know how the farm was prepared each year for the corn maze. Each year the corn maze is different.
Our last stop on the farm was the farm store. We let Brayden pick out his own pumpkin before heading home!
How cool! I am happy you made it out alive. I would have been sad to lose you to a corn maze! ;)
