The Barrette Family had one relaxing Fourth of July and I have no complaints. We headed over to my parents for a BBQ and then attended a Fourth of July festival at the Casements in Ormond. The weather was beautiful by the river with the nice wind blowing. They had an arts and craft table, tattoos, a juggler, some bands and a few bounce houses. The first bounce house Brayden went in he wasn't too thrilled about. He jumped a few times but with all the bigger kids in there he was a little frightened. He was all about the slide bouncy house and I thought this was the one he wouldn't do. He climbed all the way to the top (kept looking down to make sure we were still there) got to the top, slid right down! Decided to do it again, got to the top and just sat there looking at everyone down below with a big smile on his face. He sat there for a few minutes and we were all trying to get him to slide down. He them made the slide form a ride and all the kids were so polite and didn't want to go in front of him so the man running the ride had to climb up and give him a little push! It was the cutest thing ever, I wish I had taken out my video camera. Of course I had it with me but didn't realize it until after the cuteness was over!
