Wings Over Waves

Last year Brayden was amazed by the site of airplanes, this year when we took him to the Wings Over Waves airshow he could have cared less. With the huge crowd, hot weather and his lack of interest it was a quick trip but for about the hour we did stay it was an amazing show.

My Handsome Date

It's not very often that I get a chance to have some one on one time with Brayden. I actually think it's been quite a while. While Brayden is in school I get a lot of time with Bransen but there's rarely a moment when it's just the two of us. I started to realize that it had been a while and that I really wanted to do something with just him. We ended up having a pizza picnic and movie date in the park! The movie was The Spiderwick Chronicles which I think was a little over his head but he amazingly sat and watched the whole movie! The weather was perfect and I couldn't have asked for better company.

It's been a great season for the Florida Gators and we have been cheering them on all season! Hoping to make it to the National Championship and regain our title.

Let's dress up Bransen

One day while the boys were playing in their playroom, I walked in to notice Brayden had dressed Bransen up as pirate! So I introdude to you Pirate Bransen, brought to you by Brayden!

Nine Months

Weighing in at 22.4 pounds our little Bransen is getting big! And only three months until his first birthday, time is flying by!

Bransen is such an easy going little boy. He just rolls with all the high pace excitement that goes on in our everydays lives. He's laughing, waving and clapping his hands on a regular basis and is never far from Brayden. He still doesn't care for taking good naps but is a great all night sleeper.

And Bransen's nine month birthday fell on football Sunday. So the pictures below show him in his Sunday best!

Friends

These two little boys are starting to grow a very special friendship. They love each other and you can see it when their together. Now that Bransen is on the move you can always find them together. Whether playing toys, Brayden reading Bransen a book, watching a movie, or just sitting together "talking" these boys sure do love eachothers company. Each morning Brayden can't wait for his brother to wake so we can go in to his room together to get him out of his crib. Bransens face lights up with a huge smile when he sees us. And every night Brayden will not let Bransen go to bed until he gives him a hug and a kiss. The moments of watching these two grow together is priceless and the best part is it's just the beginning!

Up he goes!

It didn't take Bransen long to conquer the task of standing up. It took him a few times during a couple days to grasp the process of it and since then he stands up on everything, everywhere!  He's a little pro! He's even walking around the couch and coffee table. Without a doubt I think he will be walking in the next few weeks. He's very determined to keep up with Brayden and not be left behind!
